| 2014|9|E | 4.9.30 | Advance reminder notices for notifying users of expiring registrations.As the name suggests this is a courtesy email to advise a user that their registration is about to expire. This needs a new template called UserExpiryAdvanceNotice_<EIn>.txt. Aurora will look in the Enterprise table for the number of days to use in AdvanceRegoExpiryDays. If it cannot find it, then it will use 7 (days). It will look in the Enterprise table for the email subject entry under AdvRegoExpiry_Subject and failing to find that it will use Advance Reminder Notice – <Institution Name>.txt. When it runs it will create a success and failure file, written to Work:
