Aurora Utilises Freshdesk to manage and respond to support requests
How to make a support request?
There are three ways to raise a support ticket:
Email | support@ait.com.au – All staff can utilise this email to send a support request that will appear in the portal.
Phone | +61 2 5661 4002 – Calls will also create a Freshdesk entry that will be followed up by support staff.
Through the Freshdesk Portal | https://aitportal.freshdesk.com/support/login – You can create a ticket via the “+ New Support Ticket” link, available once you have logged into the Freshdesk Portal.
