User Requests

The user’s request list only applies if the library is operating Homebound Services, and the user is noted as receiving Allocation service by request. All current requests are then displayed here:
Control panel #
The Control panel for Requests shows a Checkbox, allowing the requests to be displayed in order of placement, with most recent first. The default order is alphabetical by title.
Command buttons #
In addition, when one or more requests is selected, this enables a row of command buttons along the bottom of this panel:
View in Search – This option allows the selected item(s) to be viewed as a results set in Search.
Reserve the work – This is restricted to one selection, and allows the work to be added to the utility reserve form – by default the user selected is the one that has requested this work, but this detail may be overridden.
Delete the request – This option allows the requests to be deleted
