User Links – Suggestions #

A user’s suggestions can be displayed in this view, showing the date of the suggestion (Date added) and the action to date (Status)

There is no associated control panel tab for Suggestions – instead the display supports a pop-up menu:

• Go to Suggestion Management
• Go to User details

The Suggestion Management feature allows full access to setting the status of the suggestion, and permits communication with the suggesting user.

Note that a Suggestion may still be indicated as current, but may not be accessible, e.g. where the item has been satisfied by an Interlibrary loan, but the purge to remove satisfied ILL Suggestions has not yet been run.
