User Lists #

User Lists provides a means for identifying users according to a large number of criteria.

The searchable columns can be changed using the column chooser. These columns include:

• Given name
• Surname
• Alias
• Date of Birth
• Type
• Barcode
• Status
• Expires
• Mobile
• Land line
• Address
• Email
• Council
• Home
• xStatus
• Title
• Debar Reason

Buttons #

Export – Export all data to Excel.

Column Chooser – Select or deselect the information displayed in columns.

Refresh – Clears the searched terms in the table.

System Parameters #

The display of the ‘User Lists’ table can be changed so the page loads without user data loaded.
The parameter ‘ShowAllUsersWithoutFilters’ can be set to true (ticked) to display all users on page load.
If this parameter is false (unticked) no user data will load automatically.
