User Lists – Astria #

User Lists provides a means for identifying users according to a large number of criteria.

The reporting elements used in Aurora Desktop will be moved into the reporting service for Astria.

At the Top of the screen a series of buttons allows

• Export – will export the results
• column chooser – select or deselect what information is displayed.
• Reset – Resets the search parameters and column chosen to default

The searchable collums include

• Given name
• Surname
• Date of birth
• User expiry date
• Mobile number
• Land line
• Barcode
• Status
• Home library
• Title
• Debar reason

Additional information can be displayed about the user when the more information … is selected.

• Address
• User Type
• Email address
• Extra Status
