Aurora Desktop has an inbuilt link to help all staff get the help they need.
The contact us support link provides our libraries with multiple ways of getting support for your Aurora Product.
- Aurora Information Technology postal address.
- Individual staff support email and phone numbers.
- Service desk login for tracked support requests.
- AIT group support email inbox address.
How to find the Support Link.
Steps
- Navigate to the Management Tab
- Select the About icon
- A pop up will appear similar to the logon popup
- Select the Contact Us Link
- view the Contact us information to find the Contact method best suited to your support needs.
