While our matching routines help to prevent Duplicate records from being added to the system in the first place its still important review your bibliographic works for possible duplicates

Report – Works – Duplicate Candidates – (NEW Aug 2023) List of works with potential duplicate titles

This report searches your library databases for possible duplicates Bibliographic works with the same author and format based on

• Matching ISBN, or
• Matching exact title or
• Matching Fuzzy Title (1st 12 characters of the title or specified length of the title)

Operators then can assess if the works are duplicates and should be merged or not.
