We miss you notice

In October 2018 aurora created the “we will miss you notice” to help libraries encourage members back into the library space after a period of absence.

Each library can specify the length of time that triggers the notice in their enterprise settings.

Libraries are able measure your return rate using the Report – Statistics – Circulation – Loans – Since we miss you notice.
One of our member libraries has a return rate of 5.31% of the inactive users since starting to use the Notice in 2020.
