Suppress Loan Parameter – New Feature

The ability to suppress loan parameters has been added so that they may be deleted in the future. A suppressed parameter will not be used for the loan of an item but can still be used for the calculation of a fine when an item using the parameter is returned. This functionality has been added to assist libraries in cleaning up parameters.
