“Mackay Regional Council Libraries implemented Automatic Renewal Notices on 24 September 2018. The feedback from library customers has been extremely positive, with praise for our proactive approaches towards improving customer experience. Despite the service only running for 10 days there has already been a significant reduction in the number of daily renewals by more than half. We have also noticed a drop-off in-email notices in this period as well.”
